Classes

General classes include training and instruction in forms, skill development, chi sao, wooden dummy, weapons, sparring, self defense and general fitness.

Conditioning classes are available to further develop one's fitness, stamina, strength, speed, power and the attributes that will improves ones overall well-being.

All classes are open to all levels. Beginners, and anyone with experience in other Martial Arts will see that learning Wing Chun skills, strategy, and fighting methods very valuable. For more information or to arrange an appointment for a free trial lesson please contact Sifu Ryan Kennedy
